A decade of teaching.
From 2012 to 2021, I taught career and professional development in the College of Urban Affairs at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I created the first course of its kind in the department. Co-advisor of Alpha Phi Sigma. Coordinated career fairs and built programming that gave students real tools for the transition from campus to career.
Teaching was never separate from the rest of my work. The same things I was learning in the field, I was teaching in the classroom. That feedback loop made both sides better.
This fall, I return to UNLV to teach in the College of Liberal Arts.
What's Ahead
Marriage & Family Therapy
The work I do with companies and the work I'll do clinically are the same work at different scales. Helping people see how everything is connected. How the body, the mind, the relationships, the work, the story they're telling themselves all move together.
Starting Fall 2027, I'll be pursuing my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Loma Linda University. This has been a long time coming.
I've been doing this work with myself, with my clients, and with the people who find me. The training will give me the tools to do it at the depth it deserves.
Giving Back
As an EOS Integrator for multiple companies, this is a project that allows me to give back and build a growing network of business owners in Las Vegas. A no-cost, high impact, live monthly meetup co-hosted with Shelly Woodrow, an EOS implementer. We help local teams get clear on their vision, build traction, and create the accountability structures that make execution possible.
